I had an amazing time in this hotel. The location was perfect, near the waterfront and surrounded by lots of restaurants. The staff were helpful, providing me with all the information I needed. The hotel facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained. Additionally, the parking was excellent with access to reception via lift.
Don't have any issues at all.

Self contained appartment with laundry and cooking facilities is very convenient for a relaxed stay. The complex also has a pool and gym. Located next to a recently developed quayside area with bars restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the shopping centre.
Chifley only offer a number of time chargeable Internet packages, many hotels now provide this service free of charge.

The suites were a good size and there was plenty of natural lighting. There were quite a few restaurants/cafes in the immediate vicinity. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
The toilet is too close to the glass screen separating it from the shower and the card was not reliable in opening the underground car park.

I had a great stay at these apartments. the location was perfect, close to many restaurants and easy to get around. the room was spacious and very clean, with a comfortable bed and a separate living room. I enjoyed the large TV and the balcony leading off from it. the pool was a great place to cool down and relax. the staff at check-in were lovely and helpful.
The customer service experience could be improved.

The staff were fabulous and the pool, access to fine dining of familly meals was great.
Not a real complaint but the bathroom was a bit tired and not as shiny clean as you might expext, Leave more toilet paper please !!!! The overflow from the shower was a bit of a worry but we built a dam of towels.

As soon as I stepped into the room, I was struck by how spacious and bright it was. The natural light flooded in through the sliding glass doors onto the balcony, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The modern and clean bathroom was a pleasant surprise, along with the well-equipped kitchen that had all the essentials I needed. The living space provided plenty of room for activities, and I loved the unique frosted sliding doors in the bedroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, I appreciated the convenience of being able to borrow DVDs from reception for a cozy night in. The Wi-Fi speed was excellent, and the staff were friendly and eager to assist. Moreover, the location was perfect, with a wide array of cafes, bars, and restaurants just a short walk away.
While there were many positive aspects of this place, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the dryer in my room was quite noisy, making it difficult to use without causing disturbance.

Found the experience very satisfying. Had read some of the comments on the web pages relating to the accommodation prior to booking, i/e views over a empty block of land, small tv and shower floods.Yes the room outlooked over a vacant block but that is Newcastle. Still had views of the harbour. From the time we checked in until departure I can honestly say we were treated as guests and this resulted in a fantastic night. Staff need to be commended as they actually take the time to talk to guests.
Thought breakfast was a bit on the expensive side however this is optional and there are plenty of brochures displayed saying what you get for your money.

Great location with easy access to the waterfront and nearby restaurants. the reception area offers a welcoming atmosphere and provides guests with various amenities such as a well-stocked coffee machine and even alcoholic beverages for sale.
The cleaning standards of the apartment left much to be desired, as we found dust and hair on the bathroom floor and shelves. there was a lack of basic kitchen equipment such as a frypan and enough cutlery.
